We also have this rockin' new Support Portal at http://support.spacetimestudios.com. It has a player help section, where users can suggest new topics for our searchable knowledgebase and answer other users questions. For our next selection of players to recognize (in apx 2 weeks), we will, in part, be evaluating activities on http://support.spacetimestudios.com.

There isn't a lot there, but you can also suggest other help topics that aren't in the Answers section yet that others might find useful if they are searching for support.

Go into one of the sections, like http://support.spacetimestudios.com/...pocket-legends and click the Ask a Question button.

If you use the Submit a Request button, that goes to the support team, not to the Q & A section.

So my question is...... Will not using this ruin ones chances for GoA/star guard? I ask because between the amount of time I spend in game, on these forums, on our guild forums, and working my job, I really don't see having the time to use this. Many people report tos violations, help people constantly, report bugs, and everything else you guys look for, and it would be unfair to pass them over because of not using this site.

No offence but why do people want the GoA status? its just a shield and a status after all. U can still help others in game and on the forums and keep the game *clean* without the title. I mean the shield is just a shield after all and what is the difference between having a title and not having a title if ur still helping out the community.
And no before anybody says, this is not me sucking up to the devs to pick me because i know there a lots more people who deserve the title much more than me.
