Fixed an issue where players were not able to access Nuri's tent for the quest arc.
Added quick start help guide to account screen
When walking into portals that lead to dungeon instances, they will now put you in existing instances before creating a new one.

Why you have reduced speed of Blizzard Stick TWICE? That's most upsetting update of this age... It used to be fastest weapon for mages

what about the lower lvl item stat req reduction?
whens that coming out?

also did the elixer update hit with Nuri as well?
