Hey! I were thinking about buying a tavern with gold and then upgrade it in order to get stat bonuses for pvp but today i have been told that you can only get those bonuses if you buy the plat version of the tavern and not the one that you can buy for gold.

The bonuses will apply regardless of how you acquired the house.
