Why another crown.. kinda lame. I liked the idea of a persistance set, one that once finished, would give enough of a set bonus to make up for the earlier level persistance gear, making it slightly more powerful than the best current gear at next level cap.

None that I can find. I was walking around Nuri's for quite awhile just to try and find him. I even tried speaking to those moving NPCs with no name. Lol.
Key word he said "maybe " ill see you out there...lol..im kiddin idk....they prbably havent released it yet
