I need help with some drama

I was chilling in Exped Camp and there was a player talking inappropriate stuff with another person and then the guy talking inappropriately to the person left so I came to the victim and I asked him what was he he saying to you.Next he said that the guy talking inappropriate to him was my brother or my friend WHEN HE IS NOT AND I DONT EVEN KNOW THE GUY who's talking inappropriate.Next he kept saying that I have no respect for people like you and I don't even know what's going on....I was just trying to go in and ask like if he was ok when the guy left

There was a guy talking inappropriate stuff about another guy..then I talked to the guy and asked what he basically said and then he was believing that I was a friend or a brother of the guy who talked inappropriate stuff.Then he kept saying stuff like I have no respect for the both of you two when I was trying to ask what he said (sorry for the confusion and this comment summaries the thread )
