It would be really cool to have a dragon egg item that you have to take care of to hatch. It would start off as "Dragon Egg" and then turn into "(Random) Dragon", and the item itself would move around in a radius from where you placed it so it feels a bit more alive. Can you imagine:
So... this is a bathroom, the living room, and-- HOLY FUNKY CHUNKY MONKEY A DRAGON.
