TITLE: Protection Not Always Lasting 120 Sec

DESCRIPTION: As stated in the skill's description, Protection should remain in effect for a total of 120 seconds on affected characters. However, I have found myself saying on more than one occasion, "Hey, didn't I just cast protection on them?!", and have needed to recast. Based on repeated, albeit seemingly random occurrences, I believe the skill's clock is running out prematurely for some characters. I do not believe an interaction with another Engineer's Protection is responsible for this, as I have noticed this happening both well below the 120 second limit and when I have been the only Engineer in the zone.

REPRO RATE: ~10-25% (seemingly random)

REPRO STEPS:
1) Launch Star Legends version 1.0.2.2 (68315.71020.68406)
2) Start or resume any game with an Engineer class character that can use the Protection skill.
3) Enter a dungeon zone with as many other characters as possible. The more the better!
3) Cast Protection on as many players as possible and monitor the skill's effect icon on affected players.
4) Notice that on occasion, the skill's effect wears off prematurely.
