after paying the 250k for your guild is there other charges? i cant get plat atm and dont wanna waste gold...

Well there's a guild hall (i bought the nicest one for 100 plat lol) but you can get one for 25 and 50.

Well I faild or found some glitch i payed the 250k named my guild then entered the hall went out and now its showing I dont have a guild fml...

Oh lol. Sorry my mistake! Yes, you can buy higher tier guild halls for additional plat. These are optional though.
