We all farming for it for hours. If they increase the drop rate... items will be less rarity.

You can find them in auc. They are tradeable now.
Or u can craft it, u just need 1 vial of orcsbane

Luck reroll will help but you dont need it to loot a arc chest. And yes you can loot it from lost mage mine also.
