If anything just go with a lep, its one of those things that if "lucky" you'll find it. RNG is not always kind, so don't waste your luck elix.

I'm not a dev, but I can tell you Kraag Tombs and the Hauntlet both came in season 1.

The Dead City Campaign was season 2, so it would be only maps after (not including) Kraag - Dead City Outskirts to Tower of Mardrom.
