Default H/s and M/s of Health and Mana Restoration Skills

I ran the overall /s and m/s of some popular health and energy restoration skill setups. Just so people could see the effective rate of their skill point investments. These numbers assume one cast of the skill, measuring its rate until either the skill finishes or it recharges, whichever is later.

    Health Restoration Skills

    Commando, 1 point Vigor = 1.25 m/s
    Commando, 6 points Vigor = 3.75 m/s
    Costs 10 Energy to cast.

    Engineer, 6 points Empathy = 20 m/s
Based on one character healed 3 ticks over 9 seconds, 60 avg per tick. Your average tick may vary somewhat.

    Operative, 1 point Inner Focus = 1 h/s, 1 m/s
    Operative, 6 points Inner Focus = 2.66 h/s, 2.66 m/s
Inner Focus gives an equal amount of h/s and m/s

    Energy / Mana Restoration Skills

    Commando, 1 point Kinetic Reservoir = 0.66 m/s
    Commando, 2 points Kinetic Reservoir = 1.66 m/s
    Commando, 6 points Kinetic Reservoir = 3.33 m/s

    Engineer, 1 point Force Shield = 0.44 m/s
    Engineer, 4 points Force Shield = 1.11 m/s
Assuming it runs the full duration

    Engineer, 1 point Revive = 0.66 m/s
    Engineer, 3 points Revive = 0.83 m/s

    Operative, 1 point Inner Focus = 1 m/s, 1 h/s
    Operative, 6 points Inner Focus = 2.66 m/s, 2.66 h/s
Inner Focus gives an equal amount of h/s and m/s

Quite obviously, the biggest healing skill is the Engineer's Empathy skill. The Engineer has the weakest choices for mana regen with Force Shield and Revive, though. The Commando's Vigor is the second strongest healing skill, and the Commando's Kinetic Reservoir is the strongest energy skill. The Operative's Inner Focus is the best "bang for your buck" investment because it boosts both h/s and m/s simultaneously at a good rate.

Thanks for reading. And I don't think I can do Transferrence... too many variables with the damage and number of enemies hit.

I read on the forums that Engineer Revive also has a slight regeneration effect to it, so have since started using it from time to time in my healing line up. Have you heard or seen similar, what's your thoughts?

You are correct. Revive gives a hidden buff of 1 m/s, 1 damage and 1 armor for 60 seconds. That's why people cast it even though no one is dead, and that's why it is included in here. Thanks for your post.
