Issues. . .
When I disable my xp to farm kills, not one thing I kill counts to my kill count. I'm pretty sure I pressed disable xp gain not disable kill gain.
When trying to boost my dex to equip this launcher it says I don't have enough but clearly I have 80+ when I need 78. Here, take a look at the photo.

They patched the kills with no exp gain a while ago. The issue with the not enough dex I think is just a small bug.

They also updated dual speccing. Item stat boosts no longer count towards equiping gear. Although they lowered equipment requirements for items level 50-61.
Uhmm, why did they patch that?
Because people were farming kills on twinks to boost KD, so they felt the need to nerf PvE twinking, and freeze the PvE KD board:/Originally Posted by Subscriber
From what understand, they carted over some of the SL code and this created both of the issues that you have. It's always been if you disable xp you don't get kills in SL, now it's in PL also. I believe they always intended to bring this feature to PL. The dual spec issue was an unexpected side effect of adding the new code. To compensate STS lowered the requirements on the gear, but only level 50+ gear. A fix for the lower leveled gear is on the way.
Could have sworn they said 45+ gear, Glutt.

Actually it's anything level 47 and above that changed, unless you can find something that is level 46.

Good find. Guess they were just estimating when they said 45. I'm sorry, was just echoing what I read Sam saying.
