Lvl 60 Equipment Requirement Bug

My Imhotep Eye of Charmin (lvl 60) has an int. requirement of 183, shouldn't it be 140 int. requirement?

This goes for the Nuri's Imhotep Eye (lvl 60) as well.

Yeah I noticed this too. It's like they are using the "old" system for requirements.
