Help? Looking for better equipment

I have been looking for better equipment for my character and I cannot find any

My Stats are
Lv:16
Str:2
Dex:97
Int:1
Hit%: 83
Crit: 5
Dodge: 6
Health: 502
Regen: 5
Mana: 500
Regen: 2
Damage: 46-56
DPS:72
Armor: 20
My current equipment would be
Lv 10 Dragonkin Hat (6 dex, 1% dodge, 2h/s, 1m/s, and 4 armor)
Lv 13 Assassin's Platinum Bow ( 19-29 dmg, 0.7 speed, 3 dex, 2% hit, 1% crit, and 2 armor)
Lv 10 Dragonkin Leather (6 dex, 1% dodge, 2h/s, 1m/s, 8 armor)
Lv 10 Acrobat's Platinum Band (2% dodge, 5 damage)
Lv1 Onyx Gem Crown (1 Armor)
I am having some difficult finding better weapons and armor for my character and I would greatly appreciate if somebody helped me out thank you

For lv15 there's:
* Artisan reinforced leather - gives a u higher hit %, meaning your shots will miss less
* Expert leather - gives higher crit - means more possible dmg IF you hit something
* snowballlauncher lv15 - very good weapon with decent range and high dmg. Perfect for pve, maybe a bit less for pvp but that's debatable
* cap: cap from archer 4-item plat pack
* for pvp: talon and wing from the 4-item plat pack are very good. Optionally, you could use a winter talon.

All pieces above would definitely make your char much stronger, but it will cost you several 100k's to even 1mil or so.

IMO there is no need to spend tons of money on low level gear unless you're twinking. Just use greens/items you loot until you get to level 30 or so.
