[Suggestion] Arcane and Mythic Items (Recycle)

now old arcane weapons can be turns into vanity but they would be better if their levels and stats could be increases and they would be useful in lv 56 or for twinks procs shouldnt change but stats should be increase (like differences of lv 5 Supreme Helm of Potency and lv 10 Supreme Helm of Potency high level helm has more stats) garetta blacksmith should be selling non-tradable recipes for 250k and when have those recipes we should able to craft same weapon for our level and we should use Arcane Shard for this (for example if anyone have a lv 36 Shrieking Bonesaw of Tactics he should able to buy a recipe and combine weapon with an Arcane Shard and if he is lv 56 he should get a lv 56 Shrieking Bonesaw of Tactics and weapon's power should be increase) mythic items should need one Arcane Shard and arcane items should need two Arcane Shard this would be good because there is lots of cool mythic weapon or armor but they are not strong and just can be use as a vanity in towns (for example uller set was a good armor but it is not strong now because it is just lv 36 and we are lv 56)

Imagine how many balances, nerfs, and rude threads would made if this happened. Not to mention the fact that the damage would need to gradually increase in a scale. How many shards would it take to upgrade lvl. 36 daggs to 56 XD. One shard wouldn't be suffficient maybe different pieces planar frag, essences, insignia's, etc.

Seriously ??? Arcane shard, crafting vanities can go without dragonite bar or arcane shard this is just another bad reason to waste a massive amount of money for a vanity.
