Vildax's Item Design Exhibit

LAST UPDATED: 05/03/12 (It has been a while since the last update as I'm busy with other design projects and revision for exams - I'll still keep updating this thread in the future)

I just thought I would make this thread so I could share some of the items I have designed. All of these items were generally created when access to the internet wasn't possible or when I have needed a break for Pocket Legends. You may think some of these item designs may seem more suitable for Star Legenbutler Dark Legends but I can assure you that for all of the below designs I had Pocket Legends in mind. Hopefully I will be able to add more designs to this thread as I design more.

1) Just a random helm that I created which is probably more suited to the modern style of SL but nvm

2) A new talon idea - because we need more talons

3) Just a spiky, sharp, bloody axe type item thing that err... isn't an axe

4) A nifty looking scimitar

5) An electrified blade for frying enemies

6) An old idea for a Halloween robe I had just because I want a robe that has a orange and black colour scheme

7) The set I designed for the Humania Set Design Contest (of which more details can be found here)

8) A zagged electric blue wand

9) A pointy, electrified shield

10) Possibly a new shield shape or replacement for the talon (shuriken-like)

11) Dual wielding blades (similar to chiroptera fangs)

12) A twisted glowing bow

13) A evil blood coloured axe/pick used for tearing through enemies

14) I picture these as a pair of fancy knuckledusters perfect for landing some punches

15) Just a rough sketch of an axe as I wanted to try out a different medium

16, 17, 18) INT, DEX and STR entries for the Humania Design a Weapon contest (more details here)

Please feel free to give feed back both positive and critical (trust me I can take it) as it all helps me to improve on existing designs and make better designs in the future. Thanks!

Haha, I see you made a fanart thread! I really like the bold colors, unlike anything else in pocket legends. Although, I'm interested why the golden echantress has a full face helmet cowl. Does she not like to show her face? xD

Yes lol I've had some designs on my iPad for a while now so I thought I'd share them with everyone and get some opinions. As to why the enchantress has a full face helmet ... hmm, well there was no particular reason but perhaps the queen (the helm is called the Shining Helm of the Forgotten Queen see contest thread) was ugly so created a beautiful helm to hide her horrid facade lol

Also I think I'm gonna start posting a new design every day or so to let some creative inspiration out.
