wondering when and why

I've havnt played in months, kinda got boring. But im back playing again to see how the new levels are.so far they seem ok. But I just noticed my blizzard stick of fate is very very slow. Looking at the stats I noticed the speed changed from .6 to 1.0 . So just wondering when this happend and why?? Anyone know and is this something that is going to happen to any other weapons out of the blue? Srry if this has been discussed already but I searched and saw nuthing.

In a nutshell, the blizzard stick was firing too fast for the visual effect, which made things go wonky. It was slowed down and it's damage upped to compensate.

Any suggestion on how to look closer? I searched and looked thru every thread with the key words blizzard stick and fate that was posted in the last 2 months. Nothing came up

Ok srry then I have another question. Wouldn't the speed of other weapons that is the same or even faster have the same issues??? Just wondering cause I love the blizzard stick for its speed and never noticed any issues with it. It was by far the best wand. Even better that all the lv 51,53 and even 55 wands

And if its an issue about speed =wonkey let's make all weapons slower. No weapons below 1.0 speed everyone ok with that?? Probly not the best fastest int weapon for mages is now gone leaving 1int weapon under1.0 in speed. Even the powerful bears have more weapons under 1.0 in speed. I guess it doesn't matter now but I think this sucks.
