Are there still any Arcane hooks lvl 26?

Im currently trying to buy one but i have no luck finding one im just wondering is there any out there.

There are lv26 arcane hooks, most of them are in the hands of lv26-27 pvp players and some people crafted them into weapon vanities.

That would make sense but im just trying to craft the vanity version I honestly didn't think it would be this hard to find.

Yup there r few...i think it looks Same like 16lvl but dark in color

As a vanity, I think dragon hunter blade is better looking than that hook. The hook has a bit visual bug also.
