PvP Tournament Help

I'm a member of the Assassins of Cascadia guild and am looking into organizing an inter guild PvP tournament. Unfortunately, I know next to nothing about PvP, and most of my guild is about as bad. If anyone has the know-how to assist me with this, I'd appreciate the help. I want to try and set it up so that players of any level can play, so it may be that we have a several tournaments running for different level characters.

I'll take yo whole guild! lol jk. Well what I'd try to do is set the tourney up in level brackets. Ie: 10-13, 14-17, 18-21, 22-24, 25-28, 29-32, 33-36, etc. This way chars aren't too overpowered vs others in their bracket.

also, there are many templates here on the forums to setting up a tourney. Noobmigo, a good friend of mine, has hosted a few, and his latest tournies were quite organized, so you might wanna look those up
