Speedy Players

I saw some players in Arcane Legends move really quick and I honestly thought I was lagging
Then I saw more players moving really quick more often and now I'm wondering, is there some kind of gear that makes some players fast? And if so, what is it called?

It's gear called Venomous Set
It's ring and pendant
When you equip them both you get 200% speed.

Ive seen this as well, but I knew what was going on. My question is, is it when worth using speed set for pve? I was thinking having dragon ring and cryo brooch/heart would be better but idk. What do y'all think? Venom set over heart and rendtail? I wanna know b4 I buy a heart.

Speed set is only good for farming km3 for locks and farming pve kills for faster runs, pve wise off course but some use it in pvp also.

I use the speed set even in end game elites like Rengol and Underhul maps. I can easily dodge attacks and red zones that are almost impossible to dodge without the speed bonus.
