Well just remember the school year has started again which means lots of people appear to be on less. Academics is important and has far more precedence over a game. Perhaps you should private message him and address your concerns instead of flaming him here.

If you're going to be a guild leader, you would need to be on a lot more than 5min a day. Im not sure about any of u, but shouldnt a leaders job be to lead not look. All you can really do in 5 min is do a run and say hi to guild members. Not too good of a leader. I work 8 hours a day doing electric and hang out with a couple of the homies and I still manage to find 2 hours a day to play.
But who am I, im not a guardian so I cant speak. Being a guardian must be hard work....LOL

In all honesty, as a guild master it is true...you should be active in your guild. If you are not going to be active...pass the ball. I think he worded it a little too deragatory...but it does stand true.

I agree, a guild master should be active. But what really defines active? I see it as, you log in daily (or frequently), stay updated, and view STS/guild forums. As long as the master knows what's going on, I don't think it matters if they're on 10 minutes a day, or 2 hours a day. He may be going through problems at the moment, or just caught up in school, I don't know. Point being, he has business to take care of and he's putting his priorities in order. As long as the guild isn't a mad house and falling apart, I don't see the reason to be upset about it, and even if it was, I don't see the need to post it on forums publicly...

Not 6 hours, but at the very, very, least 30 minutes a day. You should at least be able to command it or let someone be the leader until you get back on.

That's why we have officers, I guess guild leaders just have to organize officers better. Plus, there's not much reason to "command" the guild atm.
I try to be on at least 2-3 hours everyday now due to rl commitments, I've seen wounded on a couple of times as well when I was on.and trust me, it wasn't just 5 minutes.
It might be that you guys are on a different time zone, I rarely see most of the forumers here cause I live in Aussie. Different people have different priorities, just because you (not directed to anyone) play 5 hours doesn't mean everyone else should be on the same amount of hours.

As long as they're staying updated, and knows what's going on, why does it matter how long they're on?
