New phone.

Well, I currenty have a droid X and it got a crack in the screen and has been acting up ever since. I may be able to get a new phone (since I never stick to the 2 year rule) and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? I don't really follow phones anymore like I used to. I'm currently on Verizon. I miss having a black berry, but the web browser and app store may be a problem for me. iPhone seems alright, but idk if I'd wanna wait for iPhone 5. When's it launch? What's the difference from iPhone 4? What about the android phones? Not really sure what I want, so I thought I'd ask the community for their suggestions

I'll mainly be using the phone for texting, maybe some PL, web browsing, and maybe some other apps. My main focuses are texting and web growing though

Hey Myst, Give the Evo3d a look, it is my next phone I think, the specs are really nice and it looks appealing to me. Anyone have one that would like to give a bit more info on it? How it plays pl/sl and such?

Verizon doesn't have Evo nor will it be getting iPhone 5, time to make the switch to Sprint! But if that's not an option look for an HTC or stay with Motorola Droid series, both are top of the line in my opinion.

Either tbh. Virtual leaves more options for smart phones though. I'm interested in the galaxy S series, mainly for the crisp bright display. I really hate the res on my droid x.

Old TFT LCD I think... Incredible has a super AMOLED. Expect a perfect image for two years and then minor burn it.

That's a very... bad case of it, but if I'm on a light blue screen, I can faintly see my skills outlined.

Probably did 8+ hours of afking each day over the summer, that could've contributed to it.

I just recently got a HTC Thunderbolt and I love it, pl and sl runs like a charm on the 4g network.

I would say iphone5 but I don't k ow when it will come out. I heard like end of sept u can buy and it ships early oct. The difference between the iPhone 4 an iPhone 5 is a lot I believe from rumors I heard such as better camera new slicker design ,battery life,and much much more. When the new update comes out well when iPhone 5 comes out that's when update will be out. This will make iOS sloop much better then it already is. For android phones idk because I'm not really fan of them (not trying to be a hater). I had found a mytouch4g and that was sooo slow. Like some of the htcs look pretty good like thunderbolt I believe.

Thanks for the help guys I ended up getting the blackberry bold 9930 with the touchscreen. Really liking it, big step up from my previous blackberry! Thanks again hehe
