Want to run hard elites, need help about gear!

Hello!

I want to run underhul elites but I am way too under-geared. From what I looted from egg event I have about 12m budget(not sold any egg yet, this is current lowest auc prices of what I looted)

My current pet is: Gloom(Base), SnS(H), Slag(AA)

My current stats are these:


1- What do you think are the best items I can get?(Not set items since they are extremely hard to get)
I was thinking to get an Immo staff and arcane ring. Don't know about necklace. I'm thinking glint helm and armor too(hexsteel or hexcharge)(I don't want to lose so much crit too)

2- I currently have some weak fury and mind jewels on my gear, should I switch to full mind and slowly build better jewels?

3- Do you think my current pet combo is good? I am thinking to trade my SnS to Immo staff and get toor happiness instead.(Since I am so under-geared looks like I don't deserve SnS happiness yet but is it wise to get Immo staff instead?) I also need arcane ability suggestions for hard elites.

Okay so here is what you need
Arcane gun ( comfortable weapon for elites and PvP if you get bored sometimes ).
Root gear is pretty good and best atm ( dont count set items) get brutality or assault.
Arcane pendant will be best for you.
Mythic belt 56.
Yeah switch to atleast fortified mind in all slots and then slowly get gold for better jewels.
Get nekro and u wont need combo! Universal pet.

Here is a big secret..... when your pet is uhappy dismiss from stable, once dismissed tap feed, it will now cost 0! Then resummon! Make sure you do not have auto feed enabled! Free pet hapiness!

So found out even though this says 0 gold to feed its still taking gold to feed 8(,
