3. Nox Bolt, upgrade: none
4. Pierce, Upgrade: none

The rest point in passive dex. That's my opinion.

SP : 4/5 with heal, armor reduction and dot upgrades.
Aimed : 5/5

Currently this is best lvl 13 build for rogue.
