problem with mishi passive

the mishi supposed to show a circle that it give mana, my mishi does not show a circle and does not show that it give me mana. is it a bug or is it something new with the new mishi.

i been in pvp lv 10 for a month ago and a lv 10 mishi had the passive ability. so i do not know whats up

my mishi is lv 19, i opened it yesterday


this is just to show that it does not show the passive circle that it supposed to

The passive circle activates when the pet can do damage to a mob. Since your pet cannot do damage to a mob right now, it will not activate.
