Quest now give xp, try some and level up fast. Add some higher levels and grind some xp.

Really there is no best pvp level, they all vary time to time, and yes it is worth leveling, 26 is dead.

Plenty of good levels to pvp at, 47-49 is easy, reason i said levels of pvp can vary from time to time.

Best way to level up on Km3 (But now the locks arent that expensive now) Try leveling up on Kt4(Kraag Tombs 4)

Good PvP @56 but if you were asking at twinking maybe 16 because of Arcane weapons.
