Is that a bug or intentional?

So with Mages upgrade on arcane shield there is an upgrade which removes debuffs, is Grimm suppose to debuff them through their shield? such as armor and stats debuff? or that is a bug? if it is a bug i hope a developer looks into this

I think the shield removes debuffs on activation, if I'm not mistaken. I don't think there's debuff immunity, only stun/panic immunity throughout the duration of the shield.
