Int bear guide?

Does anyone know of a good int bear guide? I am so lost with what stats to up. Also what Mage weapons do what? Why pick dark bolt when it does so little damage? Please help me.

Well all that depends on wut level your bear is. But since you said dark bolt wand im guessing yur bear is 35+. And a darkbolt wand is best for bear because of the nightmare proc that the dark wand has. Once you hit nightmare using the auto on your wand use Hell Scream. Nightmare+Heal Scream= Terror combo. Very strong debuff combo that decreases your opponents Dmg, Armor, hit%.
Your opponents dmg could go into the negatives for example -21 dmg. And armor could go from 100 armor to 50 armor. Very strong debuff. But only works if you hit Terror combo. Hope this helped.
