Best to try to find some gear in auction that has XP awakening, get a 7 day elixir, and stack a %60 xp chest on top of that. Combine that with an XP pet and the leveling will amazing. Abaddon is pretty affordable these days or if you have a better XP pet, that would be splendid.

YOu can also spam run maps like Morgana Lair or Festerfang and get XP from destroying mobs. There isn't really another way to get XP/level.
