Referring from the description, it means we can't use this xp kit for next level caps (57-61) ?

From what it says it does seem you can't use them in the new level cap. Although you might wanna save a lower xp kit and open it when expansion hits.

"Note these XP packs cannot be used by anyone Level 56 (or above, when the expansion drops)."

If you are Lvl 56 or higher, you cannot open these chests.

Yes, definately can't be used at expansion. People thought it could get them to 61 without actual leveling xD price will fall once expansion hits! Nice for my 46 toons to level a bit
