lost skill

I have lost blinding shot. I have 6 skill points but cannot spend on blinding shot for some reason. I did not respect. Is this a consequence of the server outage last night?

Whatever you do, contact STS at support(at)spacetimestudios.com, replacing the (at) with an @, and tell them before you waste plat on a respec. They will sort it out as soon as they can.

Update...all of my characters have had 6 skill ors removed...and I cannot add to any of them
