Yep indeed but this thread is just for have fun and guess name of tier 10 jewel ( if it comes ) but IMO +9 should stay higher for at least 2 more expansions

IMO the entire jewel system is behind. We are in a 56 cap with a max jewel that is for level 35. By now we should have a max jewel that is level 55+ - a primary boost of 13. Every cap we should get a jewel update with the highest tier jewel 1 level below the cap.

STS might have already explained why the current top tier jewels are at such a low level, but I am not aware of that.

Something needs to be done about this jewels system. We are looking at 19,683 cracks for a single +10 tier.

+1 to this. The current crafting requirements for a +13 primary stat jewel would take 531,441 cracked per jewel. Maybe it's just me, but that seems insane.
Jewel elixirs with an increased drop rate would help, but that's just my perspective.

a bit out of topic from the naming, needing three jewel to upgrade to next tier also playing a very big part here. so everytime we want to do tier upgrade, we need to spend effort another 2 more times of our previous effort, for a simply +1 upgrade (in case of primary), when upgrading from noble to exquisite, you need triple effort (by farming or merching) to get an increase of 12.5%, 300% for 12.5%
