Chat issues: people don't receive my messages

Hello,

I've noticed these previous few days (maybe even a few weeks), people with whom I chat in private do not receive my messages, and at some points I don't receive theirs.

Some who are closer friends typed back things like "really" or "why you don't reply"... while others simply start ignoring me since they think I ignore them in the first place. With one friend we compared each other's screen shots of the chat, where I can clearly see that some parts of the chats are missing (sorry not gonna share SS from private chats XD ).

I'm wondering if other people experience this issue, at the same time would like to tell all my friends I never ignore their messages and always reply, and at last, sorry if this issue has been brought up already, I didn't read this part of the forum (ever) before ) Please someone take a look at this... thanks ahead.

I did noticed it however after 3-4 mins all messages appeared on screen
