Halloween Pink Rings?

Hi, it's been a while since I been on...but there's a new update with new halloween stuff and I saw there are new rings. What level of pink/elite rings are there?.... Thank you in advance lel

There are only lvl 80 rings that can be currently dropped.

There's also a Level 30 ring you get for doing the Halloween Quests. Gives +5 to all Stats.
