Help sts

My friend deleted his character in drink
We know that sts can help recovering character. So my friend mailed to sts to ask for recovering
Its not a big problem so far if we know right about this.
Problem is sts do not read mails;;;
We wouldnt argue if its just about few weeks
He mailed sts several times with different problem about 2months ago but they didnt even read one
Funny thing is his friend mailed to sts to solve same problem in same day.. and he got solved!! lmao

i know sts is really busy these days
But how come didnt read one mail since 2months ago
he is now so worrying about this and really depressed

Wish sts can read this
Anyone esle hav similar problem like this Or anyone know how to do?
