how much time it takes for sts to reply for a delevel? i sent a message to justg 2 days ago on deleveling my mage from 37 to 35, just wanted to ask how much time it'll take for them(because someone already might had deleveled their account) so that i can not be so impatient.

1) you can only delevel down 1 level.
2) They've stopped the delevling service to due to people exploiting it.
3) 'Their account' ?

Correct, we no longer Delevel.
