BCA Support Challenge!!!

October is well known for Halloween. STS did a great job last year in giving us a fun little event to participate in and even had a Trick or Treat quest. There is another thing in October that folks participate in. It's Breast Cancer Awareness month. It is a little known fact that it affects BOTH MALE AND FEMALE! Yes males can get it too. According to the National Cancer Institute:

Estimated new cases and deaths from breast cancer in the United States in 2011:

New cases: 230,480 (female); 2,140 (male)
Deaths: 39,520 (female); 450 (male)

I have family and friends affected by this so I have a challenge for you all. I challenge you to put away your fancy helms and vanities and wear the Pink Cowgirl Hat for the entire month of October to show your support. If the NFL, the manliest of all sports, can wear pink cleats and gloves then why can't we? It is only 5 plats

My grandma is a survivor of breast cancer, this would be a really good idea and It would be cool to have a shield or a bracer with a pink ribbon on it.

Maybe devs can make the hat a daily deal? Also most sewer pinks have pink gems.

I also have a very good friend who is a double survivor of breast cancer... I'm wearing the pink hat from now til the end of October.

Count me in! Also good idea for a daily deal. Maybe the dev team could in turn donate the proceeds from Pink hat sales to Breast Cancer Awareness/Research!!!

Hello, I dont mind supporting this with one exception.

I like to walk around town in my "towne outfit" but when I get in a dungeon, I have to change builds depending on where i'm at. Unless the pink hat fits well with my build in a dungeon, I have to restrict this hat to wearing in towns only. If that's cool then I will buy the hat this weekend when I get paid.
