Awakening Gems Missing/Nexus Support not Working

I opened 4 elite awakening gem kits and purchased 1 elite awakening gem from store and none of them can be found in my inventory and I cannot awaken any weps...what's up?

Also the support link in the nexus does not work on my phone...Samsung Note 4, Android 6.0.1

for the awakening gems look at your satchel either in the stable or in your inventory and look for you awakening gems
