You should be proud to buy platinums to show your support and not the contrary but not every players have acces to these free offers or know how to sell their wons.
To me the solutions is to do pvp items and pve items or do two version of the same items with differents stats and for exemple a limitation on the jewels lvl etc.. Plus it will surely improve the balance between class. Because devalue the items, jewels of the game to play pvp will destroy one of the main interest of the game.
