I guess this is what the description means.
It says 'passively decrease armor by 30% and increase dmg by 30%'

Then where is 30% dmg? Why does it just decrease armor only?

I think your damage has already been increased by 30%? Check your stats screen and do some calculation. Take note that you need to take into account the damage buff from your pet (which I assume is Nekro so it should be 15%) does not stack with the 30% weapon buff so the final damage buff you get may not be as obvious as the armor debuff.
Why do we fall? So that we can rise again.

    Sup safi

I think both are not the case here.

Light claymore has no passive but gives same dmg. And even Aegis has 1.2k dmg. 30% from it must be higher because Aegis is shield Claymore is a sword. (Unless claymore has same passive but not written and Aegis gives same dmg as sword)

And tested pet dmg too. If it's because of dmg % stack, it would give me better dmg with no dmg % + good stat pet. But it gives me lower dmg with pet without % dmg on it. For example, I have 1.5k dmg with abaddon but 1.3k on littlebear.
Even just without pet, Aegis gives me 1k dmg and claymore gives 229 more dmg from it. Not even close to 30% considering they are different weapons.

I feel so rusty after this long break and with new systems lol

The armor reduction is reflected in the stat screen, but not the damage increase. You are receiving the damage increase even though the increase is not visible in the stat screen. STS confirmed everything is working correctly except for the stat screen visual that hopefully will be corrected in the future.

the Damage should be reflected in an upcoming client change before the new year, but yes that weapon is designed to make your warrior a bit more DPS but you lose tankability to accommodate it

    Thank you for the answer!

I'm sorry for bothering but got 2 more questions.

    1. Does this Dusk claymore actually perform 30% more dmg atm but not showing it on stat? Or the 30% dmg isn't applied yet?
I'm asking this because claymore right now doesn't seem make dramatic high dmg compared Aegis. I have 1260 dmg with Aegis and 1536 with claymore. If I add 30% more on 1536, it will be about 2k dmg, almost double of Aegis. However actual dmg outcome is not double.

    2. Does light claymore has same passive or just for Dusk?
I don't wanna waste gold again.

    1) Yes, it actually does
    2) Only the Duskbringer Legendary has the additional effect
