New items for all besides just endgame?

I've been wondering if the other levels could be shown some love? Excluding vanities, it seems only endgame and near endgame have been recieving new items to use. Instead of making items that the majority of endgame will not even equip,(forgotten) how about creating items for all levels like the old winter events? Other levels aren't dead yet, some invigoration will surely keep them alive.
