Hi guys I new and I just wanna ask about the platinum store. I bought platinum a few times and then wanted to buy it again bit it keeps saying an error occurred while trying to place order. Please help. Thanks.

What method did you use? iTunes? Website?

I believe there's a few support topics on platinum issues. To get to the Support page (assuming you're on a browser), look at the top bar on the website with all the options on where to go (Jobs, Articles, Forums) and Support is there. You might find your answer there
