I believe that there isn't a quest for a starry. There is a cpu vendor in Fathom Crypt that sells light blue "fake" starrys, (as others have called it) for around 10k. I think that starry is level 40 and cannot be stashed. But i have 191 quests done, and i haven't come across a starry quest.

The frozen crown of gratitude from 2012 I think, was for being an old player since 2012, but not as old as founders. I never saw that helm in pics except as killjoy wearing. Im not sure how it was gotten now lol. But i dont think its the same

Many maps were unlocked by paying plat back in the day, the sog and the frozen crown were rewards for those that bought the maps for plat before Cincos infamous comercial announcing that all maps are now free.
That said, idk if it is dropping in this new event, as I've relocated to Arlor.

Really hoping they do not bring the toy and other xmas 2010 items back because that will ruin all the pricings.... and us oldies will lose a ton of money because of price drops...

if they do I'd expect my 25 toy to dip from 70m to below 30m...

And for all you guys wondering why the 'xmas starry' looks like the infamous fake starry we know of, it's because the character in that picture is the NPC that currently wears it, cant think of the name atm.... (i think)
