Does it have any interruption like Flames? If not I believe the bit of CC will more than make up for the damage difference here. Precision is a must ESPECIALLY if your SINGLE TARGET!

I am level 31 with regular chroma and a pitchfork. 20 base + 60 precision + 10 Amp = 90% crit with well over 100% hit how can this NOT be a necessity.
