Cut Traders Market into Buying/Selling Sections

The need to bump your thread every few hours would be minimized.

That's what the consignment shop (auction) is for....... Anyone who cannot access the Auction yet needs to be focused on building........ I don't think STS will be too enthusiastic about elaborating/expanding certain forum sections when they have an in-game feature that already serves the purpose that an expanded forum section would.....
