No moderator active?

My friend registered in forum week ago. He still didn't got moderator confirmation to use his forum account. Anyone have this problem? Normally it don't take more than 24hours

I sold accidentally ~70 crafted forged energies.
Sent email to support.
Tomorrow, my energies was in my inventory.
They work, who said they r lazy, thats not true.
Now I send email about deleted character, and still no reply, thats because Seoratrek and Samhayne left Spacetimestudios and find other job.
Now we can only wait until Garry find new moderators...

Lmao, Samhayne left STS year ago or so, and btw I know what I talking cus many players says they don't get any reply from them. Btw Seoratrek is forum adapter nothing has with customer service.. If yahoo can answer in 24 hours then STS should in 12 h specially now because population isnt really big. And at least they should inform us but nothing.. No even update last Thursday game is boring day in day.

Samhayne left 2 years ago this Coming Sunday. As for your last comment about last week's update read below, you must of missed this thread, if not re-read it, and try to not be so judgemental on the devs. They don't own this game, they work with what tools they have. Have some empathy!

As you may know, we take the holidays off to spend time with our families. We're just shaking the rust off this week, so tomorrow's update is pretty light.

- Winter event will end on Thursday, January 5th at approximately 1:30 PM CT.
- There will then be a 3-day cool-down to wrap up on Sunday, January 8th, at 1:30 PM CT.
