Try doing the beginning level. And only kill 2 zombies. Hope this helped!
The beginning level as in the one that you're automatically put into. Not forest haven chapter 1

Skip tutorial
Make map 1
Kill 1 mob in front of you (notice yellow threat level dot)
Lock xp
Continue killing mobs until the silknight spawns are dead
Notice white threat level dot on next mob
Unlock xp
Kill one more
Shows 3/3
Tho the numbers are nice the bar will look odd as it really shows like 2.5/3 xp
There are ways to get a nicer xp bar but I think this post already was nerdy enough

Still need clarification... Tried what the people suggested didn't work, I still leveled up. Like how does this work for all levels? General idea?

you have to kill elite dragon 3 times, with level 1, cant have a full party either because u get bonus exp, so make sure you solo. bring some potions too!Does anyone know how to get 3/3 exp? It's like so hard. Serious explains pls

And i always thought those colors are supposed to have no meaning but man there is a whole theory behind it.
