Is sts only rewarding plat buyers?!?!?

I personally feel that alot lately that sts only rewarding plat buyers?

And not endgame players who grind and grind and grind for top rank (somberholt) being one of those...

What do we get?

Something that costs roughly 3m
And it looks like somewhat of a plat above your head this is silly i know alot of players aint happy about this but we cant do anything...

There are other situations but i cannot stress them i think thats enough for now.

Easy... they get everything on tick yes you have to spend money and you have the item straight away

They dont grind for it... thats the lazy way out plat buyers dont know what hard grinding is...

Only thing they grind is the credit card.

The reward for grinding is exponentially better than what it ever has been. There are chances at mythics even arcane items.

Not everyone strikes it rich from opening lockeds. There r numerous stories of buyers remorse when it comes to plat buying.

If they have remorse they only have themselves to blame they should grind like the rest of us!

It is nott that easy, even p2p players are known to hoard, flip and PvE like us f2p plebians.
Only reason you find it so difficult to get the best endgame gear is because of the RWTing black market and a handful of bug abusers(who have been dealt with).

I like to think I get by fine without using plat, I don't have the best gear in the game, I barely scrape through each expansion. Most of the people who have the best gear in the game are in two brackets:
a) they spend a decent amount plat and play a moderate amount of time to pve or merch.
b) they do nott spend plat but their lives are centered around this game, spending more time on the game than what is considered healthy.

My advice to you would be to try find the bare necessities in the game, for example do nott go for the nooble primary stat jewels, instead go for a mixture of jewels which suits your budget and always wait for the prices of newly released items to stabilize before you try to buy one. Usually after stabilizing they go up a decent bit before plummeting right before new gear is announced.

Imo f2p this season has a huge lead actually if you don't want arcane armor you can get almost all end game gear

Yap spending money to buy plats make you super rich.

Opening locked and arcanes dropping like monsoon rain.
Buying plat exclusive item selling for 5x 10x gold than what's STS offering 1 plat = 1k gold.
I am so mad that plat players are so rich.

As an occasional plat buyer, I beg to disagree. The previous thief events, Egg-Zavier and Antignome Thief were an utter slap in the face for people who actually spend oodles on arcanes and antignome sets. Most of these are either heavy spenders or hardcore farmers, or a mixture of both.

This season, I honestly think farmers are better off because bars and scales are in demand and you can farm your way to a mythic helm and armor.

Why are you complaining about STS rewarding plat players and then laughing at them? It means you know you get free stuff. So by your own words, your complaints are unfounded.
