A few days before the BBQ event, the new Dev-characters could be seen on the Android leaderboards, which previously only had Asommers2 on it.

Well, now the Chef/Griller/Cook are gone. But I noticed new ones which appear to be related to the release of PL/SL for the PC via the Google Chrome browser.



My hypothesis? There will be some sort of item given away, like antennae or other vanities!

(Yes, "antennae" is the correct plural form of "antenna" when referring to a bodily appendage. Get it right, STS!)
