"connected" to server?

There's a problem with my account this few days. Why did I say only my account? Because I can play my sister's and my friend's account normally on my device. When I tried log in with my account, my friend list became blank and I couldn't join any townes due to the running man glitch. I couldn't even switch between my toons. BUT, I can still see the updated daily deals. I guess there's something wrong when my account try to connect to the game server. This annoyed me and I wonder if someone got the same problem as me I need to collect my prize tomorrow! I've already sent an email to sts, done everything to solve this problem like reinstalling pl, clearing cache, restarting my router, and even factory reset my phone! *sigh
